Community questions, answered.

Who can join?
Anyone with an MPower login — distributor staff, supplier staff and the MPower team. It's included on every MPower plan, including the free distributor plan. Supplier teams need an active MPower plan on their account; if yours isn't set up yet, get in touch and we'll sort it.
Where do I find it?
Sign in at app.mpowerpromo.com and click Forum in the left navigation, under Overview. A badge appears there when you have unread replies or messages.
Can suppliers see what distributors are discussing?
No. Distributor Talk is visible only to distributor staff, and Supplier Corner only to supplier staff. Announcements and General Discussion are open to everyone.
Is it moderated?
Yes. Community guidelines apply to every post, any member can report a post or comment, and moderators can remove content or lock a thread.
Does it cost extra?
No. The forum is included with your MPower plan at no additional cost.
