MPower Promo integrates with Zapier to automate everyday tasks across the tools you already use. Connect your promo workflows to 5,000+ apps—from CRMs and billing to messaging— to eliminate manual updates, reduce errors, and keep orders moving.

Top capabilities

Quickly launch automations (“Zaps”) that react to events in MPower Promo or push data into it:

• Sync new or updated orders to spreadsheets, CRMs, or project boards.
• Send notifications to Slack/Teams when order status changes or proofs are approved.
• Create or update customers in HubSpot, Salesforce, or your email tool.
• Post payments or invoice details into accounting apps.
• Kick off production tasks in Asana, Trello, or Monday.com when items are configured.

How it works

1. Click Add integration to open the MPower Promo listing on Zapier.
2. Sign in to your Zapier account and connect your MPower Promo workspace.
3. Choose a trigger (e.g., “Order Status Changed”) and an action in your other app.
4. Map fields, test the Zap, and turn it on.
