MPower vs Facilisgroup Syncore

Syncore starts with a sales call.
MPower starts with a price.

Facilisgroup sells Syncore, its distributor platform, on a quote sized to your business, and aims it at distributors doing $1 million or more a year. Company stores come from Commercio, a separate subscription. MPower publishes one price for stores, orders, CRM and accounting, at any size. Here is the side-by-side.

Published pricing

Every MPower plan is on our pricing page. Syncore is priced by quote, based on the size of your business.

Built for every size

Syncore is designed for distributors doing $1 million or more a year. MPower plans start with a two-person shop and grow with you.

Stores in the same system

Unlimited company and pop-up stores are part of MPower, not a second subscription billed per store on top of your platform fee.

Side by side

MPower vs Syncore and Commercio, feature by feature.

Syncore is Facilisgroup's platform for orders, CRM and finance. Commercio is its company-store product, sold separately. Both are compared here against a single MPower plan.

What it actually costs

From ten stores up, all of MPower costs less than Commercio's stores alone.

Facilisgroup does not publish Syncore's price, so the comparison below sets MPower's full platform against just the Commercio store subscription. Whatever Syncore costs comes on top of the Facilisgroup column.

When Facilisgroup is the better fit. If you are a $1 million-plus distributor buying heavily from Facilisgroup's 80+ preferred suppliers, its rebates may offset part or all of Syncore's fee, and MPower has no buying-group programme to match that. Commercio also charges no per-order fee, so a handful of very high-volume stores costs less on its store line than on MPower's 1.9%. Ask Facilisgroup for your Syncore quote and your expected rebates, and compare the net figure.

Where MPower wins

  • A price you can see. Every plan is published; no quote sized to your revenue.
  • No revenue threshold. Start at any size instead of $1 million a year.
  • Stores included. No second subscription and no $100 a month per extra store.
  • One system, one login. Stores, orders, CRM and accounting in a single application.
  • AI that does back-office work. Supplier emails become order updates; Stripe payouts reconcile against QuickBooks.
  • Start without a sales cycle. Self-serve sign-up instead of a sales-led onboarding.

How these are built. MPower All-in-One at $479.20/mo billed annually ($5,750/yr), unlimited stores with order management, CRM and accounting included, plus 1.9% on web-store orders. Commercio Standard at $2,000/yr including one company store, plus $100 a month for each additional store, with no per-order fee; Commercio's Enterprise plan for 30 or more stores is custom-priced. Syncore's fee is set by quote and is not included. Card processing applies on both and is excluded from both.

FAQ

Facilisgroup and Syncore, answered.

Are Facilisgroup and Syncore the same thing?
Facilisgroup is the company; Syncore is its distributor platform for CRM, orders, production and finance. Facilisgroup also sells Commercio, a separate company-store product with its own subscription. Distributors usually mean the Syncore platform when they say Facilisgroup.
How much does Syncore cost?
Facilisgroup does not publish Syncore pricing. It says the fee is based on the size of your business rather than charged per user, and that Syncore is designed for distributors doing at least $1 million a year. Commercio stores are listed at $200 a month including one company store, plus $100 a month for each additional store.
Is MPower cheaper than Facilisgroup?
From ten company stores up, MPower's entire platform costs less than Commercio's store subscription on its own, before any Syncore fee. With only a few stores, Commercio's store line is cheaper, and a large distributor whose supplier rebates cover Syncore's fee may come out ahead on Facilisgroup. The cost table above shows the arithmetic.
Would I lose supplier rebates by switching?
You would leave Facilisgroup's preferred-supplier rebate programme, which is tied to being a Facilisgroup partner. MPower does not run a buying group. Rebate and pricing arrangements you hold directly with suppliers are separate from your software and are unaffected.
Does MPower send electronic purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are sent over PromoStandards directly to connected suppliers, and suppliers without a connection receive them by email.
What comes across when I move?
Customer and contact records, order history and artwork files come across. Product data is rebuilt live from PromoStandards rather than copied, so it arrives current. Store designs are rebuilt with the MPower store builder and templates.
