MPower Promo connects with Slack so your team stays on top of what's happening in your business without living in the dashboard. Send real-time notifications — like new orders, order status changes, and approvals — straight to the Slack channels you already use.

Use Slack to keep the whole team in the loop as work moves through MPower:
- Get a message the moment a new order or store checkout comes in.
- Post order status changes (in production, shipped, and more) to a shared channel.
- Route approval and proof notifications to the right people so nothing stalls.
- Send support and follow-up alerts to a dedicated channel.
- Choose which events post to which channels using MPower's automation rules.
How it works
- Click Add integration and connect your Slack workspace to MPower Promo.
- Choose the Slack channel(s) where you want MPower notifications to appear.
- Pick the events you care about (new orders, status changes, approvals) with automation rules.
- Save — MPower begins posting those events to Slack in real time.
- Adjust channels and triggers anytime as your team's workflow changes.
