Overview

Connect a store to VeraCore and let the warehouse handle fulfillment. MPower sends your orders to VeraCore for pick, pack, and ship, pulls inventory levels back into your products, and writes order status and tracking numbers onto the order as the warehouse works through it.

Hand fulfillment to the warehouse and keep everything visible in MPower:

• Send storefront orders to VeraCore for warehouse pick, pack, and ship.
• Pull inventory levels from the warehouse back onto your products each night.
• Get order status, expected ship date, and tracking written onto the right purchase order.
• Pick up cancellations made on the VeraCore side automatically.
• Choose exactly which order statuses push an order to the warehouse.
• Connect VeraCore per store, so each storefront routes to the right warehouse.

How it works

1. In the store builder, go to Settings → Fulfillment and click Add Fulfillment.
2. Select VeraCore and enter your User Name, User Password, and System ID.
3. List the suppliers VeraCore fulfills, and turn on the inventory and order status checks.
4. Add a Fulfillment Action with the order statuses that should send an order to VeraCore.
5. Orders flow to the warehouse, and status, tracking, and inventory flow back on schedule.
