Overview

The Xero integration connects MPower Promo with your Xero accounting environment to simplify billing and keep financial data aligned. Completed orders in MPower can be synced to Xero as invoices, with customer and company records kept in sync to reduce manual accounting work.

What this integration does not do

• Does not manage inventory within Xero.
• Does not modify your existing chart of accounts.
• Does not sync shipping labels or tracking information.
• Does not sync supplier purchase orders as Xero purchase orders.

How it works

1. Click Add integration to open the Xero setup guide.
2. Authorize MPower Promo to connect to your Xero organization.
3. Configure invoice, tax, and account mappings within MPower.
4. Complete a test order and verify the invoice is created in Xero.
5. Continue syncing completed orders as part of your normal workflow.

Note: All account and tax options are pulled directly from your Xero organization. Available selections will vary by customer configuration.
